Items marked “Last Chance” are final sale and cannot be returned. New Arrivals may have limited stock due to our commitment to artisanal production methods.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material costs or currency fluctuations, though we will honor the price at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Non-returnable items include custom-made footwear, “Last Chance” items, promotional products, and items without original tags/packaging.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers bear return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Store credit is available upon request.
