We take great care in preparing your order with the same attention to detail our artisans apply to every stitch in our footwear.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate our global clientele:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Like the master cobblers of old who stood by their work, we stand behind every pair we create. However, to preserve historical authenticity, some items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or special order footwear (marked as “Last Chance” in our collection)
- Items purchased during limited-time promotions
- Products without original tags or packaging
Return Policy Details
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for:
- Unworn, undamaged items
- Items in their original packaging with all tags attached
The Return Process
Follow these steps as carefully as our artisans follow traditional patterns:

- Await Authorization: Our customer service will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Securely: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same initial steps as returns
- Specify your desired size/style in your request
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- Shipping fees for exchanges will be calculated based on your new selection
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days (allow additional time for your bank to post)
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Store Credit: Available upon request, issued immediately upon approval
International Returns
For our global patrons (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
