Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Like the cobblers of old who stood by their work, we stand behind every pair we create.

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve historical authenticity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or special order footwear (marked as “Last Chance” in our collection)
  • Items purchased during limited-time promotions
  • Products without original tags or packaging

The Return Process

Follow these steps as carefully as our artisans follow traditional patterns:

  2. Await Authorization: Our customer service will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Securely: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same initial steps as returns
  2. Specify your desired size/style in your request
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. Shipping fees for exchanges will be calculated based on your new selection

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days (allow additional time for your bank to post)
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: Available upon request, issued immediately upon approval

International Returns

For our global patrons (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
